Shipping policy
All orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched the same day (unless customised, such as laser engraving), orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the next day. From Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer United Kingdom, European Union, and Worldwide express delivery options. Orders under £80 will be shipped with Royal Mail (please allow up to 72 hours for delivery). Orders over £80 will be shipped with DPD next-day delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@genuineccell.co.uk or 0114 551 3777 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
