How it Works
1. Choose Your Design
Pick exactly what you'd like to engrave. This could be your name, a message, your brand, a QR code, or something totally unique. Simply upload your file, we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Approve the Preview
Once we receive your design, our team will prepare a preview. This is to ensure sizing, placement and design accuracy. We won’t start engraving until you give us the green light.
3. Engraving & Dispatch
Your device will be precision engraved using our high spec laser machine. We’ll notify you once your order is complete and ship it directly to your door.

Design & File Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient engraving process, we highly recommend uploading your artwork in the most compatible format possible.
High Resolution Artwork
Large, high resolution imagery will get the best results. Vector format files like .SVG, .AI or .EPS are ideal.
Simple & Clear
Highly detailed imagery will not show up very well at small scale.
Black & White
Laser engraving burns your design directly into the material, so we need black and white imagery only.
High Contrast
Your artwork should have clear, defined edges. Avoid gradients, shadows, or blurry lines.

What devices can I get engraved?
We can engrave any battery, pod or cartridge purchased from our store.
Can I send in my own device to be engraved?
Currently, we only offer engraving on devices purchased directly from us. This ensures compatibility and surface quality for the best results.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! You can engrave just one device, or place a bulk order of 1,000+ units. Our pricing is tiered to offer the best value at scale.
Can you engrave photos?
Not without comprises in image quality. Gradients, shadows, blurs and colours will not translate well onto the device surface.
Will my design rub off or fade?
Unlike paint or stickers, laser engraving etches directly into the material, making it durable.
Can I engrave text or initials instead of a logo?
Absolutely. Whether it's a name, initials, slogan, or brand message, we’ll make sure it’s laid out clearly and engraved cleanly.
How long does engraving take?
Most single orders are completed within 1 – 3 working days. Bulk orders may take longer depending on volume, but we’ll always provide an estimated turnaround.
Can I see a preview before engraving?
Yes, we provide a digital proof of your design.
How long does it take to do laser engraving?
Our laser engraver is lightning fast, but depending on the size and complexity of your order, we may need some time to prep your artwork and process the devices. Please allow a couple of extra days for delivery of your order if it's being laser engraved.
