The innovative snap-fit capping design requires significantly less force to cap mouthpieces. When combined with CCELL® Pre-racked Foam Trays and Fixtures, it boosts production efficiency while cutting labour costs effortlessly.

CCELL Fixtures

Designed for specific devices and cartridges, CCELL Fixtures ensure precise alignment of reservoirs and mouthpieces during the filling and capping process. Gland Plate applies uniform pressure to mouthpieces. Deflector aligns mouthpieces for accurate capping. Positioning Plate ensures precise alignment of devices/cartridges for filling. Baseboard aligns devices/cartridges for both filling and capping.

Instructions

Place the foam tray onto the baseboard and then place the positioning plate over it. Fill the reservoirs with your chosen oil and then remove the positioning plate. Next, place the deflector over the foam tray and then put the mouthpiece foam tray onto the deflector. Place the glandplate on top of the mouthpiece foam tray. Slide this all under the arbor press, and pull down the press arm until the mouthpieces are fully seated on top of the cartridges. Remove the glandplate, then the mouthpiece foam, then the deflector and let the cartridges sit for a while.
