I love C Cell batteries for my medical cannabis cartridges, which I am prescribed for chronic pain and hemiplegic migraines. I prefer this brand over any other I have tried and now I won't use any other vapes. I have arthritis and a vascular growth in my spine and sometimes require very quick pain relief, the highest setting on these batteries is perfect for this and works instantly for severe pain. I have purchased several different types of batteries from c cell , really love this stick type, feel great in your hand and are light weight, which is important for my as I also have arthritis in my hands.

Not suprising to see great reviews for Ccell. The products are great but it’s when you need assistance that a company shows what they are truely made of. Ben who I dealt with was extremely helpful. The problem was rectified so quickly that I received the replacement product less than 24hrs after I raised the concerns. The delivery times in general on all orders are sorted quickly and out to you in a time that shows they care. Even about the small sales! They sell in x1000s and in single units. And as a small purchaser I felt as important as the big guys. Thanks Ben and CCell

When I made an order, I forgot to update my new address and the package got rejected. GenuineCCELL were very responsive and made me feel reassured that the package would be recovered and redirected to my new address. Sure enough, 48 hours later, package delivered to correct address. Excellent customer service. Also their products are top notch too. We use their carts and batteries for out product.

Huge shoutout to Ben who saved my day after getting messed about & let down big time by a similar company who offers the same product My first package from genuine ccell was damaged In transit by the courier but instead of passing the blame, Ben immediately sorted that & within 24 hours I had the replacement package in my hand Service like that is hard to come by these days!
